Twenty Tees
This exclusive collection of modern and luxurious knitwear essentials from Odell Beckham Jr. and Twenty Tees Creative Director David Helwani (we introduced them, high-five for us) is ready for whatever weekend activities you have on deck. Beckham tells us he plans to live in the gray sweatsuit and we believe him—mainly because we’ll be doing the same.
Theory
It’s 2016 and casualwear is king. So how do you tweak something that’s already working? Easy, dial in the details. We worked with the New York label to create sharp, mixed-media pieces in silhouettes you already know and love—like a black leather-sleeve bomber jacket and a leather-accented mackintosh.
Vince
The modern man isn’t in the same place long enough to worry about swapping clothes. That’s why we worked with Vince to create versatile, luxurious layers (in super-wearable navy and black) for the guy too busy to change. Every piece shown here can take you from the plane to the office to the party—without missing a beat.
John Varvatos star USA
John Varvatos reinterprets American classics in technical fabrics that stand up to the demands of our daily lives. A taped-seam raincoat, wool felt baseball jacket and a pair of leather bags have your bases covered for anything—and everything—fall throws at you.
Canali
Pattern is the name of the game in this capsule collection from one of The Boot’s best-known tailors. Wear a micro-houndstooth suit (“puppytooth” if you’re feeling cheeky) under an equally as elegant Glen plaid overcoat. It’s all about proportion here—pairing larger, more exploded patterns with smaller, more conservative ones creates a cool contrast.
The Kooples
Great outerwear is practically a religion for Parisians. So we traveled all the way to the 8th Arrondissement to score this black lamb-suede bomber jacket and army-inspired fur-trimmed overcoat that’ll look chic-as-hell on any continent (just add black boots and bedhead).
Polo Ralph Lauren
We’ve got travel on the brain this fall. Luckily, Ralph Lauren’s New York showroom was filled with the kind of expedition-worthy layers that had us daydreaming destinations, researching flights (how many ferries does it take to get to Fogo Island, again?) and packing our bags. Everything here, from the hunting orange down vest to a modern parka in military green, is Only Ours.
Eleventy
One of our favorite pieces this season is this super-soft, yet rugged chocolate brown suede vest from Milanese brand Eleventy. We worked with them to design details like a double zip front and down lining for cool morning layering over a herringbone blazer or jersey knit suit.
