Don't waste your money
Not a great product like people are saying. When you sit the elastic band will fold and give you very uncomfortable feeling. Gives you a muffin top right under your chest. Don't waste the money buy a different product if you wanna look slim. I'm 5'6" 178lbs with some weight on the stomach. If you wear dress shirt and pant for work..don't even waste your money. You will be very uncomfortable all day.

Definitely worth the money
After reading the reviews I decided to purchase this item and see if it would help smooth my waist line. I have taken bike riding since the gyms are closed during the virus crisis. I have worn it several times and it has helped me loose over an inch on my waist. Glad I made this purchase and will continue wearing it through out the summer.

they are great i have a sever bad back and i need support because sometimes the brace hurts my back from wearing too much and this will give me added support without problems while im at mtgs if you have more back support related items plz advise me via email ty rich lydon
