Runs small/short

I am 5'3"/110 lbs with athletic build and small chest. I am typically an XS or XXS. The XS in this dress was very tight, and very short. Really wanted to like it because it's a great color and could be dressed up/down, under blazer, etc. But it's really meant for someone who who has no curves. Decided to return.
