Only one lamp sent, says "pack of four."

I only received one lamp, despite the header and description both saying "pack of four." I was told a replacement set would be sent, and when I received that package, it was again only one lamp. I contacted customer service and was told that they were sorry that I was confused by the description (say what?!), but the price is per lamp. The description is still inaccurate as I type this (two days later).
