Love

I wasn't expecting it to arrive in a fancy garment bag or anything so I'm not bummed by that. Fabric was gorgeous, thought it was a perfect chartreuse, not too yellow, not neon green. Was afraid of the size chart so I ordered a size 6, then 4, before getting a 2 that fits perfect. My waist fluctuates between 28-30", 37" bust, 36" hips.

Awful condition

I received this dress rolled up and smooshed in a small shippkng bag not box. The dress is so wrinkled i cant tell what it looks like on. The dry cleaner wants to charge me 38.00 to press it. I juzt dont understand how Bloomingdajes ships to gowns over 1000.00 in a small plastic bag

So sad

I’m so disappointed. The color is not as pretty in person, much more dull, not metallic nor bronze… More muddy. What saddens me the most is that for an $800 dress, it arrived in a plastic bag, quite literally a wrinkled mess. I chose not to believe all of the reviews I read, because the pictures looked so beautiful, and I have had years of success with ALC. I am 5 foot two and even with heels this would be much, much too long. As noted other reviews it was difficult to put on, but that’s not the driver of the poor rating. It’s just a total shame that something so expensive could arrive in such poor repair - and the color is totally off, not as pictured. I hoped to wear this as a black tie dress for September but it’s not nice enough.

Wrinkled mess

This dress was delivered as an absolutely wrinkled mess. I was shocked that Bloomingdale’s and / or the manufacturer had such disregard for the dress and its customers, especially a high-priced dress.

beautiful but challenging

The color and design of the dress is stunning. However, it was poorly packaged and arrived a wrinkled mess. This is not Bloomingdales typical way. Also, the dress had no lining or slip and a long slip (strapless) will be necessary.
