Absolutely love my mattress. It is extremely comfortable and I sleep without tossing and turning all night. Even my little dog loves it. I waited for years to find a replacement for my old mattress because I wanted to make sure it was comfortable. It is amazing

It had a collapsed center

I called Bloomingdale’s’s to tell them that the mattress was defective multiple times and no one ever called me back after I left voicemail. I bought it on sale but honestly I think it was used bc it had a crater . I called the store and no one got back to me.

So far, so good

I read the others' comments and agree with those who like this mattress. The "lumpiness" are actually the tufts, which I find comfortable. The top is plush, but there is good spring support beneath. The only negative is that there is not good side support, so when I sit on the edge of the bed, it compresses. But, I've only had this mattress a short time, so it's probably too early for a valid opinion. Do beware; you need to follow the warranty instructions carefully, to keep the warranty valid. In queen size, I had to get an extra leg from the center of the platform to the floor.
