beautiful but run small

Top material is stretching but waist part is not. I usually wear 0 or smallest size and rarely zise2 with Maje, my waist is 26 inches. I ordered both 0 and 2 size and I am able to zip up for both sizes (both sizes have not much different gap), but I can't breathe after eating. I am returning both of them and waiting for size 4. (I never wore size 4 before with other band), so I can recommend one to two size bigger than your usual. And I love this dress exactly same as picture.
