Cute but runs small

Maybe this brand runs small in general but I am usually a 10 in most dresses and the 10 was way too small. I’m 5’9” tall and 165 and even the 12 is still a bit snug on me. Size up 1-2 sizes. Otherwise it’s great!

I received a compliment by every woman I walked past the day I wore this to a work trip. The sheer top still hid my bra perfectly. It is a little short, but I wore with tights and boots and it was fine.
