odd unflattering fit

The dress has a "corset" but with a stretchy back, so it doesn't give any actual structure or hold my boobs up. The corset didn't lay flat against my rib cage, so it made me look bigger. The zipper puckered at the bottom. I am usually an 8/10 and I should've gone with an 8. Overall, unflattering structure, especially with the extra volume. Maybe this would work well on someone who's smaller framed. The fabric is beautiful, but the construction doesn't make any sense.
