Beautiful, but…

This is an absolutely stunning piece, however multiple stones fell off the first and only time I wore it and numerous others are falling off. I’ve reached out to Alice + Olivia multiple times for a recommendation as to where I can have the top repaired given that I live in NYC where they’re headquartered, and I have not received so much as the courtesy of a reply. I paid full price and have to say I regret the purchase despite how much I like the top.
