We bought a 4qt slow cooker about 2 years ago and it worked great. However, after repeated use the ceramic pot developed a hair line crack. Nor the cooker is dead!

hairline cracks

we've used ous with 'hairline cracks' for many years, and it cleans up just fine.

Quality Craftmanship

Love this workhorse of a slow cooker

Love this slow cooker. Only thing I wish it had was remote / app monitoring, so I could look at how much time is left when I’m not home.

Holes in ceramic insert glaze

I brought this product two months ago have yet to use it ? There is a hole in the ceramic insert glaze . I have asked for a replacement insert No one is Getting back to me . Very disappointed.

Ceramic Insert Cracks - no replacements available?

The insert developed hairline cracks throughout -- with use according to the users manual, nothing out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, one wouldn't want to cook in cracked ceramic so it's useless now.
