Evenly distributes heat, Easy to clean
Heat distributes evenly, The handle evenly distributes weight when lifting the pot with one hand. it's easy to clean. The 3qt pot is versatile. Necessary changes in heat happen quickly.

Great pan
This is the perfect pan. Food comes out perfect. I walked away and forgot the pan and the water boiled away and eggs burst and flew all over the new cabinets, the ceiling and the floor. Pan was fine. Rice comes out perfect. I only buy All Clad copper core now.

Nice pan but expensive
Nice pan and performs well but expensive. Doesn't perform significantly better enough than the aluminum pans to justify the price. Copper isn't that much more expensive than aluminum.

Everything I want (and like) about copper core
The three quart pan was a piece I needed (replacing a copper pan bought in France 30 years ago). I picked it up on sale, always nice, but even at retail All-Clad copper core's a great value: heats quickly with even heat distribution. If you like to cook, you need to try copper core cookware.

It is so special
This 3 quart saucepan was my very first experience with stainless cookware. I had the instructions right beside me so I would do everything right. I was making yellow rice for guests to serve with dinner. I was so proud of my shinny saucepan and nervous! BUT, there was nothing to fear. The rice turned out perfect and DID NOT stick. I am encouraged to buy another pan and carry on. Someday I will have the whole set. As I get one, I will throw my old, comparative pan away. It has been a super purchase.
