Good pan-works as good as cast iron

Nice pan. I have fried oysters and chicken so far. It’s not for eggs though, not sure why.

Glad to replace my nonstick fry pan with this!

This fry pan with lid is wonderful. The high-polished stainless steel pan cleans very easily, and I will not miss the nonstick fry pan that I am replacing. Love that I can heat this higher than was safe with the nonstick and get a good sear!

Poorly Clad Cookware

Why do I suddenly have to finish the lip of Allclad pots and pans myself? Since you put the flare lip on your cookware, the edges have been hit or miss. A 2 quart pot and the 10 inch covered pan both required a finishing touch with my Dremel. The flare does not have the same brushed finish to match the inside of the cookware. Instead, they look like a 12 year old idiot hit it haphazardly with 220 grit sandpaper at various angles. I finish it off with a 600 grit wheel and then rubbing compound. I’m watching for some improvement before I change my taste after 40 years.
