An investment for serious cooks

I grew tired of using cheap, gimmicky or unhealthy cookware so I decided to invest in All-Clad cookware. This is designed for people who take cooking with care and passion. With triple-ply bonded metals, these pots and pans are heavy but heat and cook evenly. Even burn-on food comes off easily. This cookware is not inexpensive but if taken reasonable care they will last a lifetime.

Like but have issues

The cookware is well made and good quality. I do wish there were two handles on all the pans because they are heavy. Also, until you put food in the small saute pan, it tips to the side because of the weight of the handle
