Perfect for my use
I have been using an All-clad sauté pan for many years, my best go to multi tasking pan, until it gets too heavy for me to lift it up. I believe this frying pan is a good substitute, and it is about pound lighter.

Uneven bottom?
I’m not sure if it my burners or not but this pan does not sit level in the least. None of the burners and this is the only pan I own that does that.

Great first piece of SS cookware
Very happy with my purchase , I’ve been cooking since I was a child, I’ve never used stainless steal before. Decided to buy something that was similar in size to my favorite piece of cast iron cookware. I did a lot a research on techniques of cooking with SS and quality of pans before making my purchase.

Great pan, wish I got bigger
Awesome pan, I recommend getting barkeepers friend to clean it if you like keeping them shinny. If I were to buy it again I would go with a 12 inch pan, which seems to be the standard "large" sized pan. I can't fit 2 pieces of French toast or two burgers in the 10 inch, which are often on the menu at my house. I'm keeping the 10 inch because it's a great pan but also bought the 12.
