Exactly as advertised! Highly recommend!
I followed instructions and was patient as I allowed the salmon to cook on medium heat. When I turned it, it did not stick at all! The non scrub soapy sponge cleaned the pan perfectly! It is still shiny new!

Good pan-works as good as cast iron
Nice pan. I have fried oysters and chicken so far. It’s not for eggs though, not sure why.

Glad to replace my nonstick fry pan with this!
This fry pan with lid is wonderful. The high-polished stainless steel pan cleans very easily, and I will not miss the nonstick fry pan that I am replacing. Love that I can heat this higher than was safe with the nonstick and get a good sear!

The pan delivers and looks good
The pan is really sturdy and stylish. If I had a complaint would be about the handle, as it could be round, therefore more easy to hold.
