This 3 quart saucepan was my very first experience with stainless cookware. I had the instructions right beside me so I would do everything right. I was making yellow rice for guests to serve with dinner. I was so proud of my shinny saucepan and nervous! BUT, there was nothing to fear. The rice turned out perfect and DID NOT stick. I am encouraged to buy another pan and carry on. Someday I will have the whole set. As I get one, I will throw my old, comparative pan away. It has been a super purchase.

Very efficient and even heating
I can cook at lower temperatures than previously and still cook foods in the same amount of time. The surface heats very evenly without spots where food sticks or burns.

Glad I bought this, well worth the Dinero
It’s a beautiful and heavy piece of cookware with just the right size and shape for my intentions. Of course, it does its job cook wise. It’s also made in America unlike most other cheap cookware so to me it’s well worth the extra money.
