Amazing construction and fit!
Waterproof, amazing fit, and construction! The perfect boots and sizing was exceptionally easy, 10.D I usually wear a 10.5 D in sneakers and dress shoes.

Beautiful boots and well crafted
I looked at a couple of brands and decided on these boots for their style and look. The shoes seemed to be well made, and for the sale price, it was a steal. I wanted boots for travel that I can take on/off easily using the zippers. I find the shoes beautiful, but a little bit uncomfortable on the soles, but it's not a deal breaker. I returned the boots because of the size. I used the recommended size, but it was a little small to my liking since the price changed, and there was no option for exchange. I had to return the shoes.

Typical AE Excellence
Needed a pair of hiking boots for an upcoming trip to Italy - Old World cities and roads can be tough to navigate in regular shoes. Got these, based on a prior purchase, and prepared to wear them a couple of times to get them broken in. No need - these boots are the perfect fit and feel like walking on clouds. And they dress up enough to wear to dinner.

Zippers with style
I already had two pair of Higgins Mill boots but I wanted to try the zip up version. I love them. So comfortable right away. I can wear them all day and remain comfortable while wearing a great looking boot. Love the zipper and the leather choices. I've already bought a second pair of zip up Higgins Mill in another color.

They feel like sneakers
Extremely comfortable - I tried a dozen other pairs of boots before settling on these. They feel broken in out of the box and they’re the only pair I can move my toes in while still feeling snug. They look great as well.

Excellent winter boot
I like the boot, it is comfortable (after the first few days to break into the leather), waterproof and reasonably warm (although when it is really cold, my feet can feel a bit cold in them). Despite the ziper, they are not super easy to put on without a shoehorn. My main gripe is about the shape. They are a bit too rounded and almost look like Doc Martens shoes. I wish the were shaped more like a dress shoe. Overall a great winter boot though.

Really nice
Immediately comfortable - does not require breaking in time. Well built and great looking. Lug soles have nice grip and the leather really holds a shine.
