Received this dress and pretty sure it was a previous return. I only received the dress part of it. No sweater was in the package. Disappointing

Missing dress

Just like the review above, the same thing happened to me. I recently purchased a 2-in-1 dress, but only the sweater arrived, not the dress. When I contacted customer service, they said it was likely a warehouse mistake and issued an automatic refund, stating that the item was out of stock. Since it's a winter season item, it’s unlikely to be restocked, and that careless warehouse management will probably continue making similar mistakes. This seems to be how Bloomingdale’s treats its customers. Next time, I think it would be better to buy directly from the company to avoid these repeated errors.
