Owning quite a few Amazon tech items, I was hesitant to add another. It was not until I visited my son's home that I totally reversed my decision. The very next day I saw that Macy's was having an awesome sale on it and I ordered right away! Since I set it up I've been asking "Alexa" how did I live without this?! lol. Not only does it allow me to wireless connect home security items, you can add "skills" to it, like games (Jeopardy,etc), certain publications (Our Daily Bread, YouVersion Bible) that Alexa will read to you at your request, and hundreds of other goodies! It will read me Kindle books from my library while I'm multitasking, answer most any question, and also has a wonderful sound system with an equalizer for music that lets you connect your music apps and/or play songs from Amazon Music, and shows you the lyrics! Of course I could go on forever but I'll stop here....you just have to try one for yourself. There is a whole lot packed into this nicely sized for my nightstand and/or kitchen counter goodie that is made even more portable with the app for your phone! I absolutely love and even told Alexa that! She didn't say she loved me back, but she did wish me a pleasant "Good Morning" and added a beautiful pic to go along with it!

A must have!
It was very easy to set up, quickly letting me begin using it. It’s a MUST HAVE for Amazon Prime members!! The Show offers hands-free, video calling and messaging that's both a big convenience and a lot of fun. Speaking of videos... it has striking clarity and quality. Viewing is comfortable and clear from a few feet away. Alexa will even play movie trailer is you ask her.
