Not Like the Original

I have had and still have some of my original pieces. They are much lighter weight and the time that the pan holds the heat is less. Still very good compared to some others on currently available.

Nitride coating is great

Nitride coating has great protection properties in terms of rust prevention and low friction. Glad to see a high tech industrial solution making it into everyday items. Support handle has some play in it out of the box, but doesn't impact function.

Not long lasting for the price- even on sale

The cross cross pattern on bottom has worn down over 2 years & now when washing & drying it, it keeps getting caught on the dish rag
