Damage By Its self

It got lint balls under the armpit area and also by the under chest after just one use. I have had so many dress with this material and nothing like this has ever happened. The store did not want refund or help me repair the dress . They think I have had the dress for a long time or wore many times but I just wore it one time that created that much damage
