This top is pretty and great for the warm summer weather! It is breathable and the light cotton fabric makes it a must as a summer staple. Dirty

On first glance I thought the shirt was great and nice. I didn’t have an opportunity to wear it for well after the return date. I went to iron it only to now notice the entire collie area is covered in someone’s makeup. I expect more from Bloomingdale’s than to send me someone else’s returned dirty clothing.
