Speedy Resolution for Bent Chain

This lovely necklace arrived with a permanent bend in it. It was not packaged in its small, rectangular box a way to protect this from happening. Fortunately, it will be replaced and will be sent via expedited shipping. Great price during Friends and Family markdowns. Only 4 stars because of condition issue. Be sure to check your own orders to see if all is a-okay!
