Bigger than I expected with metallic rectangles

Blouse arrived on time, it is a bit big for me as I am petite. I was surprised to find gold rectangular work on the blouse. I missed seeing the metallic part in the description. I have tried to capture it in the picture. I particularly do not like those but am planning to keep it anyway for the price.
