Flattering dress a bit long for me

Flattering style, slightly long so I returned it because I needed it quickly and did not have time to have time to have it altered. I’m 5 foot seven and wasn’t planning on wearing super high heels.

Return issue

I bought this dress while visiting California for my daughter’s wedding, I loved the dress and it fit perfectly. However the dress didn’t look right with the rest of the wedding party so I decided to return it. I live in Texas not anywhere near a Bloomingdale’s so I called to see if I could get a return label and was told that I can only return it in person. That is crazy! On line purchases are easily returned but there is no allowance for this situation, I can’t even pay for the return myself. Highly disappointed
