Defective - Broken Strap

I ordered 5 dresses similar to this one from the brand Aqua. Although they look cute, the quality is awful. 3 of them came with a broken strap, and the quality control at Bloomingdales is awful since they sent me one with a tape on it. Wow, I spent thousands on an online order and Bloomingdales is sending me returned dressed where other tried to "tape" the strap. I will never buy from Aqua brands again and might as well quit Bloomingdales
