Both the pants and Bloomingdales are terrific!

These pants are so soft and warm and fit extremely well. I ordered them online. They arrived and were exactly what I wanted. A problem occurred when I realized there were three holes in the fabric on the bottom of one leg. I really wanted these pants as I have upcoming knee replacement and they are perfect for recovery. I called customer service and they were amazing! I immediately had a shipping label to return them, and I had a new pair on my doorstep within 3 days. The pants are perfect and the service was unbelievably supportive. Kudos to Bloomingdales!
