AQUA Ruffled One Shoulder Scuba Gown Size 0

Received this dress in the mail with another dress, same size (0) to try on for a wedding. This dress runs very small, the other dress fit (as others I have ordered in size 0 to try on). Surprised it did not fit as it had a little stretch to it. Not sure how to rate it, I cannot zip it up in the back. Not a fan of the ruffle at the side or the pinching on the back of the dress but liked the way it felt. Love the navy color. I am 5'3" and weigh 115 pounds.
