Simple and smart

In view of my age i NEVER wear the dresses i purchase as ‘dress’, for they are much too short for me, but i wear them as tunic for their good design or fabric. I mostly wear them over a black polyester/cotton or linen/silk skirt or black velvet skirt. This particular dress over a black velvet skirt just below the knee makes it very chic. The design is sober, the sleeves have a lovely cut and with a simple pearl necklace matching the buttons you are ready for any celebration.
