Size down

I’m 5’7, 145 lb, bra size 32 DD and almost always a size 6. Sometimes size 8. The size 6 of this dress was way too big, although the quality felt nice. The chest area is gaping and large on me and the dress length hits the floor even when I’m wearing heels. Would have considered exchanging for a size 4 but that was sold out so I just returned it. In the photo I am wearing heels.
