Another great product from Augustinus Bader!
I love this serum from Augustinus Bader it goes on so smooth and has no scent. I did not take pictures of the before the Augustinus Bader as the Rep. suggested but so I cannot say for sure that there has been in an in improvement in my skin, but I do believe there has been. I do know it has not gotten worse! I love all of The AB products!

Great, but expensive
I got this serum in the Advent calendar and really loved it. It is not the most hydrating serum on the market, but it is pleasant to use and sinks in without leaving a trace. However, I find it to be too expensive for what it does (and to me a bottle lasted quite short) to repurchase it.

Shocked at how good it is
I have to be honest, I really thought this brand was all frills and marketing and was sceptical about the efficacy of their products. I was reluctant to use it at first as I have very sensitive and breakout prone skin, but I can confirm that not only has this serum never broken me out or stung my skin, it has actually become a staple part of my morning routine. I love the texture and how lightweight it feels, and I do feel that my skin has had more of a glow since using it. I have the 15ml bottle which I didn't expect to last me very long but one pump every morning for a month and it's still going strong!

a luxury worth enjoying
I was so excited to find La Mer The Serum in this year’s advent calendar—it’s not every day you get to try such a luxurious product without the hefty price tag! I’d heard so much about this serum, and it really didn’t disappoint. The texture is lightweight and absorbs beautifully into the skin, leaving it feeling instantly smoother and more hydrated. After a few uses, I noticed my skin looked more radiant and felt firmer, which made me understand why this product is such a splurge-worthy favorite.

Okay but expensive
I’m someone that loves luxury skincare and makeup but lets get one thing out the way- the price of this is insane. I’m happy to spend on Hourglass palettes and Sisley creams, but for some reason the cost vs size of product of this is MENTAL to me. I was extremely lucky to be given a “gift with purchase” size of the serum and actually it turns out it was about £50.00- £60.00 worth of product. I used it religiously nightly for 2 weeks, I think because in my head I was preparing for some sort of skin transformation. After two weeks, it did…nothing. My skin wasn’t even much softer waking up, or tighter or well- much anything really. It was nice enough to use and melted into my skin, and smelled completely of nothing so totally inoffensive. It was nice to include in my skincare routine as a serum but honestly I had no positives that would make me want to buy it. No negative reactions either, so I feel like 3 stars is fair. Skincare is very personal so I’m sure it will work for some, but not for me. One positive I suppose is that I don’t feel the urge to purchase this full price so that’s a pro!

I got this serum in the advent calendar and I couldn't wait until December to try it!! My first impression is that it has a slightly oily smell, not unpleasant but it's not a fragranced serum. I have used it for about 1 week and have noticed an increased brightness, freshness and clarity to my skin. I need to give it more time to establish if it's a great product. I'm not sure if I will re purchase, it's very expensive but will reserve judgement, it might get better and better!!
