never shopping here again only Nordstrom

very disappointed in the customer service here. i purchased this i didn't like it i returned it. they r saying i damaged it and r making me pay 400$ for a item i do not like or want. i missed delivery 3x if it got damaged in shipping it shouldn't b my problem, customer service giving me the runaround calling Balenciaga n they have nothing to do w Bloomingdale’s. called several times to try n resolve this n i hear crickets!!! BAD customer service. i will stick w Nordstroms
