Best shoe

I bought these for my husband and he love them. He's a size 11 and I ordered a size 11 fits him just right.

Awful experience

For all the Bally’s lovers. I too loved their shoes. Purchased these at Bloomingdale’s in Chevy Chase. After a month of wear, the heal caved in. Bloomingdale’s was unable to give an exchange or return, so I contacted Bally’s. After three months, I was informed they were “unrepairable”. Hoping I would at least get an even exchange. NOTHING but 20% off a future order. I’m shocked, and will never buy their shoes again. Not a good way to do business.
