Great quality coat, size up

Great quality coat, a twist on a classic Barbour parka, I got it in black and a size larger than usual ( I wear 4 and got 6 instead), so I can wear it with thick sweaters. I think it is a timeless piece, although pricey, it will last for years.

Perfect!

Beautiful quality & color. Nice gold zipper. High pockets and snap pockets. Plus inside pocket for extras. My regular size still has room for sweater. Love!!

Doesn’t compare to Barbour’s other jackets

Ordered this jacket along with the Barbour Bedale and Beaufort..the Allerston feels not not as well made and lighter in weight. Additionally the wax coating is barely there or noticeable. Don’t waste your money on this one, go with a Barbour original style.
