Horribly Smelly

Why do all of Bloomingdale's products arrive smelling like bad perfume?! It's incredibly frustrating to want a product, only to have to return it due to strong perfume smells. This is continually happening with Bloomingdale's purchases. This isn't acceptable---You are losing customers.
