I’m not sure if the issue is with the item I received or if it’s just how this product is made, but the inner compartments don’t fit properly. The pieces feel loose and keep shifting, which makes the lunchbox a bit inconvenient to use. I expected the compartments to lock in place, but they don’t sit securely at all.

Flimsy Lid
I was so happy using this until the lid broke.. 😞 now I will have to throw the set away. Can’t seem to post a picture.

Love the concept - lids poorly made.
I bought a 2-pack of the glass salad bowls at a local retailer. Within 3 days one of the lid clasps broke. 3 weeks later the other salad bowls lid broke. While I loved the idea of these, the clasps on the lids are not well made. I spent all that money to have two unusable salad bowls.

Lid clips are horrible
The clips on the lids broke soooo fast with normal use. Too bad because this was initially a nice salad container. I highly advise against anyone buying this until the lid is redesigned.

Great size that holds way more food
The depth is pretty much double from the original and the large compartment is adjustable. Very happy with size and quality.

Lid clips are fragile
I really liked this container and used it to pack my salads for work. Unfortunately, the lid clips are fragile. One broke off while I was closing it.

Amazing while it’s working!
I love this container. Leak proof, dishwasher safe and so many use options. I was so excited to get it as a gift. However, I can’t give it 5 stars as the one snap on the lid broke. I’ve looked in many places and can’t seem to buy replacement parts. It was a gift and don’t have a receipt of course. I’d buy several more of these if replacement parts were available. Although, I certainly hope I wouldn’t have to buy many. though.

Except a Weak Lid
Seems we are forming a critical mass around a poorly designed weak lid. Don't recommend until a new lid design.
