Worst Chair Ever

I received the chair and only used it about 5 days later—it's awful! I have never seen a chair so uncomfortable for work. I don't have back pain, but this chair is giving me that experience. It has very low back support and the arms are too low. The 'fake leather' is really fake—it's the kind of material that 'grabs' you. I tried to return it a week after delivery and it was not accepted. They said I had 3 days to change my mind! I was moving to a new place, so I couldn't experience the discomfort earlier. I bought this chair in the store because the one on display looked nice. I sat there for a few minutes and made the decision after a long wait for the completion of a mattress order.
