Style in birkenstock

These were really hard to locate elsewhere. Thrilled they were available at Bloomingdales. 5 star rating. However, if you are wearing white socks, the interior black color will transfer.

Received cheap sneakers instead of Birkenstocks!

Imagine my shock when I opened the package from Bloomingdale’s. Instead of Boston Sherling that I ordered for my grandson I received a pair of cheap sneakers. I just don’t understand how is that possible? Don’t they have any control what is being shipped? What happened to the Birkenstocks that I ordered? Where are they?
