Will never order an E gift card from bloomingdales

I bought an online gift card for my dads birthday and requested it to be send via email to him.. 6 days later he asked if i ever had the gift card sent. I check my online account and the order shows as 'in transit' after Bloomingdales collected my money... of course. So i started an online chat with Amit who basically said oh sorry, we will refund you now. Wouldn't get me a confirmation number for the refund and told me to check my email in 48 hours. Really poor service from bloomingdales. Collecting money and not fulfilling the order.
