TERRIBLE Quality
This couch looked great and felt reasonable, but the quality is horrendous. We've had this couch for a little over 1.5 years. The seat cushions and the construction are such poor quality that the cushions have bowed inward towards the center of the couch from the day it arrived... We don't use it that much, definitely not daily. Over time, the seat cushions have become lumpy and given that it always bow inwards, the cushions show most wear in the center and the most disturbing is the top seam of the cushion which is supposed to be at the edge has migrated towards the center...NOT GOOD. What's even more disturbing is that Bloomingdales who touts its warranties, sent a technician who expressed concern to me about what was happening and ensured me Bloomies would take care of it, but then apparently after leaving, he deemed it "normal wear and tear." 1.I don't like to be lied to, and 2.This totally diminishes the value of any warranty offer, so don't let that reel you in. DISAPPOINTING.
Delivery time is not as written by a mile!!!
I ordered this couch during the first week of November, and the computer indicated I would receive it by Christmas. It is the now the end of January and I still have not received it. Buyer beware in Los Angeles... the warehouse only delivers 2 days a month. Even though my couch has been sitting in the warehouse since early January, I will not be receiving it until the end of February! Really Bloomingdale's, I expected better. Days after placing my order I received a cheerful email from a salesperson that assured me, she would keep track of my order and stay in touch. Not only did I never hear from her again, there is no way to reach her. Beyond frustrating.
Like it but not wearing well
I have owned this sofa for two years. Style is great, and it is very comfortable with soft fabric. I would not buy again in hindsight. The cushions are sunken and have lost their shape. Not good quality.
Attractive “occasional” sofa
This is an attractive sofa, but I wanted something to sit on every night. The cushions have a nice fabric, but the filling is not substantial, does not readily recover fluff and shape.
Worth it! Yes!!!
This couch is both incredibly stylish without screaming, and more importantly, so very comfortable you just sink into it like a cloud. I highly recommend this couch.

Not happy with my purchase!
I often lay on the sofa when I watch tv, but the front part of the sofa cushion seems to be sinking over time, and I only bought this a year and a half ago. I cannot turn the cushion around to make it even because of the way it’s designed. I bought it because the color was pretty and it would be comfortable, but I truly regret buying it.
Serene
I bought this sofa for a Parisian themed den. It is the first piece of furniture you see when you walk into my home. Not only is it beautiful, but it is so so very comfortable. Soft but enough firmness so that you're not sinking. Buy it.
