Double chain necklace

Chain is ultra thin and delicate

Love the look BUT

The necklace is beautiful but within minutes of wearing it, the smaller chain loops around the longer one and the two are twisted together. Brought back for help and Bloomingdales jewelry repair acknowledged the issue but nothing can be done to space them due to light weight.
