Bait and Switch

This ring is a massive disappointment. I already own the necklace and earrings. The necklace and earrings are the royal blue that are represented in the pictures. I was soo excited to complete my set with the ring. Well… it arrived today. I opened the box and felt like a deflated balloon. The ring does NOT match the necklace and earrings. The ring looks black. I examined it outside in sunlight, under a flashlight, in fluorescent light, and under a halogen bulb. NOPE still no shimmer of royal blue. Just dull flat dark stones. My only hope is it was a rare mismatch and another will match what they represented. I will take it to the store ( a waste of time I don’t have), for exchange of one that matches what they advertised or I will be returning it. This was my first online purchase from Bloomingdales and it will be my last. Nothing worse than a misrepresented item. I will purchase it from another vendor.
