Bait and Switch

I do not believe I was not sent the correct item. The bracelet that I was sent appears to be the Bloomingdale's Fine Collection 14K Yellow Gold Hinged Bangle. The bracelet I received was not a box clasp but rather the hinged version. This other bracelet has terrible reviews and I can see why. It looks and feels cheap. It looks like it might have already been bent during the shipping and handling process. I not giving it to my wife for Mother's Day and I am sending it back. I thought it was strange that this item was no longer available right after I placed my order. I do not think it was available before I placed my order and it replaced with a piece of junk jewelry. As soon as I opened it I could tell something was amiss. Not a great experience.
