Center emerald flips over

The emerald does not lay flat. It is always flipping over showing the back. This is because of the way the chain is positioned on the bezel. It is too low on the sides. Very disappointed. Bloomingdales usually sells better quality jewelry.

Broke 2x!

I loved this necklace. It was the perfect size. I bought it as a push present to myself for my daughter being born in May. Unfortunately, where the chain meets the pendent (its very thin), it fell off/broke twice. Bloomingdales worked with me each time but I felt it was not worth it to keep returning it, so I am looking to have it made by a jeweler.
