Low quality emerald

Well, they say you should always put a compliment with a critique, so here goes: at least we know the emerald is real and not fake? Look, I certainly didn’t expect a flawless emerald at this price point, but this is the third piece of jewelry I’ve gotten from Bloomingdale’s and have been happy with the other two, so I was pretty shocked about this one… The emerald had two different types of occlusions, which are fairly obvious (you don’t even need to be close to see them). The emerald in mine had many noticeable dark flecks, and also a couple of noticeable gas bubbles, including one somewhat large gas bubble right in the middle no less, so it was pretty noticeable (you can see the bubble in the picture where it’s against my finger). Sorry that my phone’s zoom lens isn’t super powerful, but hopefully the pictures convey just how heavily-occluded this stone is :( Unfortunately, it’s going to returned.
