bad clasp

this came inside a larger Bloomingdale’s box, laying in the bottom, not in anything and it was unlatched. I tried for about 20 minutes to see if I could get it to work and it never did. I wanted this bracelet really bad and am so disappointed!!! I also used up my higher rewards benefit and it was ordered on Friends and Family which will not be offered again anytime soon.

Impossible clasp

The bracelet is lovely but the clasp is inordinately difficult to open or close. I was so excited about this bracelet but sadly it has to be returned. If you can't easily put it on nor get it off, it will end up sitting in the jewelry drawer and always be left behind because I'm always in a hurry! It's also quite small and I am not a very large person.
