Beautiful But Disappointing

I love the look of this necklace, however, when I asked in the chat person if this was solid or hollow the chat person advised me it was solid, it is not solid, it is hollow. This is printed clearly on the necklace sales tag. I was deceived, but the necklace has a wonderful presence and looks great! I decided to keep it because of that. Bloomingdales needs to instruct their chat people to give more trustworthy advice.
