Just poor quality product

Bracelet broke barely 2 months after purchasing it. Was told by the store that I would have to pay for repair. What??? Won't buy from them again.

I have had to repair this bracelet at least 6 times already in a year or less. The quality for the money is not worth it! I wish I could get my money back!

Broke after a few months

Why doesn’t Bloomingdales back their fine jewelry? If it’s costume I get it but this bracelet that I purchased and put on my Bloomingdales acct they won’t even try to fix it for me. Very upset about the attitude of this company
