Defective Design

The design of the necklace is beautiful. But, the ring holding the cross pendant is not soldered, so only 2 days after my son started wearing it, the cross had fallen off and he had lost it. The chain was still completely intact around his neck. Extremely disappointing that the pendant was defective and fell off the chain this easily for the high price of this necklace. I contacted Bloomingdale’s customer service and they were not willing to replace nor refund, even partially.

Lovely but not well made/chain very thin.

Beautiful cross but … chain extremely dainty and cross holding ring not soldered, therefore fell on floor - and chain remained on my neck! if I don’t hear it drop on the floor, I could have lost it! Very disappointing!
